We accept all major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Our return policy allows you to return any unused, undamaged item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return simply return the parcel to the return address making sure it is sealed properly for transport. (Please note that the item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.) We also ask that you include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with your return.

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service: tdesignprints@gmail.com right away. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Each purchase is made to order meaning we first have to make your product before delivery. Once it is sent out for shipping we will provide a tracking number using our courier service for you to track, (Orders can take up to 2 weeks depending on quantity but should arrive within a week)

If your order has not shipped yet, you may be able to cancel it. Please contact our customer service team: tdesignprints@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
